I am not big on New Years Resolutions. Probably because they used to involve giving up smoking and alcohol and would last until just before 1am on the first of January. I do however like the idea of pushing the reset button for 2016.  2015 was a great year, but with a few modifications 2016 can be even better.  While most of us stick to our goals for less than a week, here are a few apps to help you personally grow, save money and be healthy in 2016:

One of my favourite apps, you can define any goal you want from waking up early, improving relationships to quitting a bad habit.

2016 is going to be a tough financial year and this free App helps you manage your money effectively. You can see all your money in one place, get a personalised budget, keep track of your money and invest.

MyFitnessPal

If your resolution is fitness, MyFitnessPal tracks your calorie intake and exercise. This app gives you brutally specific calorie numbers throughout your day and will change your eating habits quickly.
